Lewiston City Library- public information sessions
Friday, September 12, 2025 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
(PDT)
Description
The Lewiston City Library is looking forward to 2031 and would like to hear from you about the
services, resources and partnerships that you would find beneficial as we develop our next five
year strategic plan. The library, originally established by a group of community minded women,
will celebrate 125 years in 2026 and we, with your help, would like to have our newly developed
strategic plan in place to kick off the year.
Please join us at any of our three upcoming public information sessions where you can share
your thoughts on how the library can best support the community through its mission “to
provide the people of Lewiston with free and open access to knowledge, ideas and information
and to support them in their pursuit of learning.” We’ll be meeting on Friday, September 12 at 11
AM; Thursday, October 9 at 5 PM; and, Friday, October 10 at 11 AM in the library event space.
You are welcome to join us at the session that works best for you.
We look forward to seeing you and hearing your thoughts on how the Lewiston City Library can
be a vital entity in our community for another 125 years.
