🌟 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and what better way to observe it than by coming together for an enlightening event at MyAscension? We're focusing on fostering discussions that raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention in our community.

My Ascension chronicles the story of 16-year-old High School varsity cheerleader, Emma Benoit, who was paralyzed by a suicide attempt, which propelled her on a mission to use her painful experience to help others find hope and stay alive.

We're dedicated to sparking meaningful conversations that strengthen mental wellness and community support. This free event is a chance for educators, community members, and mental health advocates to unite, learn, and explore ways to uplift each other.

🍿🥤 we’re offering free popcorn and a beverage to all attendees! It’s the perfect setting to engage with your community, and gain valuable insights into maintaining mental wellness and preventing suicide
