Join Julie Haringa with Idaho Public Health for a FREE informational seminar where you will learn how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine to manage blood glucose in diabetes. Julie will provide applicable exercise instructions and tips for increasing activity and muscle strength while avoiding falls, empowering you to take control of your health.
