Free Prediabetes Education Class

Approximately 98 million Americans have prediabetes. Prediabetes can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Our Prediabetes Education Class discusses topics including how to make healthy changes to decrease the risk of diabetes, how to maintain those changes over time, and how to improve insulin resistance.
